Information regarding ticket refunds

Play has been cancelled for Saturday night’s session and rescheduled to start at 10 am on Sunday. Tickets will be honoured for patrons in their same reserved seats, or can be refunded by Ticketek. Click here for important refund contact info/dates.

Patrons wishing to attend the new date may use their original tickets without need for replacement.

For patrons who are unable to attend the new date, please contact Ticketek on 132 849 by Feb. 1, in order to receive a full refund of your ticket/s. Any requests for a refund after this time will not be eligible.

Gates will open at 9 am on Sunday.

***Details of refund/exchange policy below for tonight’s session:

Option 1: Tickets from Saturday 14th January 2012 will be valid for Sunday 15th January 2012 session

Option 2: Exchange of tickets for credit against another session in 2013.

Option 3: Refund on ticket.

No refund or exchange for any tickets received after the cob 1st February 2012

If upgrading to a session of higher value the difference in ticket cost must
